The chick itself was very easy to build, following the much shorter step by step instructions, where as the fairy was far more challenging and had many more parts to build. Robin and Amelia quickly took to building up their Plus-Plus figures, and we soon found that these tubes had completely different ranges of ability. The themed packages come with instructions on how to make their specific character (the fairy and the chick) with the neon one having more general ideas on what to do with the neon spectrum. We got a fairy one, a chick one, and a more generalized neon one. Their packages contain a hundred of the shapes, in a scheme of colors. Plus-Plus have a bunch of different tubes of these little pluses, that can interlink together really easily. With Easter break coming up, we packed up three of the Plus-Plus packs, and went on holiday. With that in mind, when I saw Plus-Plus, I knew that everyone would really enjoy these building shapes, and that the compact size of them meant that we could actually take them on adventures and on holiday! Our entire house is obsessed with Lego, with each of our children having their own boxes and shelves to display their creations. When it comes to imagination and building toys, there are quite a few different ones out there. *AD – the items in this review was gifted to our family for this post.
